Collectibles is a Nairobi-based footwear brand. We search the city's informal market ecosystem, Gikomba above all, for footwear worth a second life, select the strongest pieces, prepare them properly, and put them in front of people who know what they're looking at.
We're not trying to look like a conventional sneaker store with an endless, identical catalogue. We want Collectibles to feel like a place where footwear is found, not stocked.

Where we come from
Collectibles started as a simple question: how much genuinely interesting footwear moves through Nairobi's markets every week, unseen, because nobody's put it in front of the right eyes?
We're rooted in Gikomba, one of Nairobi's largest informal trading markets and a real source of footwear from all over the world. Every pair starts as one discovery among thousands, made by people who know what to look for.
How we source
We search the market physically. There's no supplier list, no bulk order. Someone is going pair by pair, looking for condition, brand, silhouette and story. What we bring back is whatever the market gave up that week.
That's why we don't run a catalogue. A catalogue implies we can get more of something. Most of the time, we can't.
Why 1 of 1 matters
1 OF 1 isn't a slogan we added on top. It's a description of how the business actually works. A pair comes in once. It's cleaned, checked and released once. If it sells, it's gone.
That single fact shapes everything about how we operate and how we talk to customers: fast, direct, and honest about what's actually available right now.

The concept

No restocks guaranteed. No endless catalogue. Just individual finds.
What it means
Most of our inventory consists of individual preowned discoveries. There's usually one of a given pair, in one size, in one condition. When it's found, it's photographed and released. When it sells, that exact pair is gone.
We're not withholding stock to create urgency. The urgency is just true. When you see something you like, availability can change quickly.

Why we work this way
A conventional store restocks. We source. Those are different businesses. Sourcing means every release is a genuine find, not a reorder, and it means our attention goes into finding and preparing footwear well, rather than managing an inventory of duplicates.
If you follow closely, you'll start to recognise that the pair you almost bought last week really isn't coming back. That's the deal.

- Payment on delivery is available. You can inspect the pair before paying, for orders delivered by our own rider.
- Courier delivery
- For orders sent outside Nairobi via courier, prior payment is required before dispatch.
- Your own rider
- If you send your own rider to collect an order, prior payment is required before the rider collects it.
